Run by White Pine Community Broadcasting, WXPR is an independent, community-supported public radio station serving northern & northcentral Wisconsin and the upper peninsula of Michigan with a translator at 100.9FM serving the Ironwood/Hurley area, and a repeater station at 91.9FM WXPW, Wausau.

In compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity rules of the Federal Communications Commission, WXPR submits the following EEO Public File Report.
Reporting of Information Relative to Job Vacancies Filled by WXPR for the Period August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2009
For the period August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2009, WXPR did not fill any job vacancies as defined by the FCC EEO rules.
Supplemental Recruitment Initiatives Description
Statement of Election: WXPR has elected Option A under the FCC EEO rules and, accordingly, report the following information concerning their Supplemental Recruitment Initiatives.
During this twelve month period, WXPR co-sponsored two job fairs with Northern Advantage Job Center, and attended one of those fairs.
We believe these activities fulfill the requirements of Option A.
