Northern National Judge Impressed

Judge Larry McNeil is a professor at Boise State University in Idaho and has been a practicing artist for 20 years.

While there's pieces in a variety of media from many places in the U.S., this year's exhibit has a strong representation from artists living in this region. More than 85 hundred dollars in prize money is available, making the Competition one of the largest juried art contests in the Midwest. The competition is in its 23rd year. The exhibit will be on display until September 10th at Nicolet.
The public will get a chance to view the exhibit tomorrow(this) evening at a reception beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the Nicolet LRC Gallery. No tickets will be sold at the door. Tickets are available at Brown Street Books in Rhinelander.
