Doctor To Be Sentenced in Child Pornography Case

Sentencing for a former Rhinelander doctor charged with possession of child pornography has been postponed.
52 year old Bruce Jacobson was found guilty in July after an investigation turned up evidence on a computer. Defense attorney Jeffrey Jackomino said all the pre-sentence information was not completed. Substitute Judge Jay Tlusty set sentencing for Jacobson for December 20.
A Three Lakes man will enter a plea also on December 20 in Oneida County Circuit Court after being charged with allegedly capturing covert nude images on a camera in his home.
81 year old Elmer Goetsch's attorney Jeffrey Jackomino withdrew a motion to challenge the gathering of evidence and told Judge Jay Tlusty that Goetsch would enter a plea.
Goetsch was arrested in June after a guest at his home allegedly reported seeing recording equipment with a picture from a bedroom.
