Langlade Co. Couple Face Meth-Related Charges

Two Langlade county residents are facing numerous charges after law enforcement allegedly discovered a meth house in White Lake. 24 year old Caleb Kluwe of White Lake and 25 year old Rebecca Thurber of Antigo have been charged with eight felonies and a misdemeanor.

A charge of recklessly endangering safety is included because of a child in the meth residence.

Court documents allege the investigation began after an Antigo pharmacy reported finding a scrap of paper on the floor that had a recipe for methamphetamine written on it.

Deputies went to a home in White Lake and found a backpack allegedly containing items for making meth. In the criminal complaint, state agents were cleaning up the house and told other law enforcment to leave because there was poisonous gas present.
