Michael Perry To Perform At Campanile For Minocqua Public Library Foundation

Campanile Center For the Arts

The Minocqua Public Library Foundation welcomes author Michael Perry for a special evening of conversation at the Campanile Center for the Arts. Perry and his band will perform at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 29. General admission is $25. Perry is a New York Times bestselling author, a humorist and radio show host from New Auburn, Wisconsin. His popular memoirs include Population 485, Truck: A Love Story, Coop and Visiting Tom. He also hosts the nationally syndicated “Tent Show Radio”, heard Saturday nights at 10 p.m. on WXPR. He performs widely as a humorist, and tours with his band the Long Beds.

Last week Ken Krall caught up with Michael Perry in Minneapolis. As is often the case with cell phones in bigger cities, the signal at times is sketchy.
