An Eagle River man turned himself in yesterday afternoon after allegedly walking away from Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff.
Authorities said 41 year old Ronald M. Millard, Jr left the medical facility about noon Monday. Later yesterday afternoon Millard turned himself in at the Oneida County Sheriff's Office.
He had been jailed for failure to appear for a court hearing and domestic matters and was getting medical treatment at Howard Young.
