A negligent homicide charge is anticipated in a shooting death late Saturday evening at 421 Wall Street in Eagle River.
According to Eagle River police chief Mark Vander Bloomen shots were fired from a gun resulting in the death of a 20 year old male who had a Conover address.
Taken into custody in connection with the incident is a 19 year old male from Eagle River.
No names are being released at this time although the suspect is expected to make an initial appearance in Vilas County court today (Tuesday).
