Rhinelander Police Asking Public's Help Concerning Alleged Theft

Rhinelander Police Dept.

Rhinelander Police have posted a notice through the Department of Justice's Wisconsin Crime Alert Network seeking two African-American men who allegedly walked away with nearly $3,000 worth of laptop computers from WalMart in Rhinelander.

Police say early on April 26, the two men brought the laptops to the checkout and while asking for a pack of cigarettes shut the register on the attendant and completed the transaction without paying for the laptops. One man made a second transation, then they left the store.

Suspects were traveling in a black or dark 2016-2019 Chevrolet Malibu, unknown license plate.

If you have any information on these subjects you're asked to call Detective Parish of the Rhinelander Police Department at 715-361-5201.
