Charges have been filed against a Sugar Camp man following a fatal motorcycle crash Wednesday night.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Department reports 23-year- old- Sean Holtslander of St. Germain died Wednesday night.
Deputies were notified that there was a motorcycle overturned on Highway 17 in the Town of Sugar Camp. Holtslander was pronounced dead at the scene.
The department arrested 53 year old Jeffrey Liebscher of Sugar Camp in relation to the crash. Charges being recommended include Hit and Run Causing Death as well as Homicide by Negligent Use of a Vehicle. Liebscher made an appearance in Oneida County Circuit Court Thursday afternoon.
The investigation into the fatal crash is ongoing.
