Rhinelander Mayor Chris Frederickson is hosting a listening session at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the city hall council chambers.
The mayor, consulting administrator and council members have been meeting with city department heads to talk about what's going on and set priorities. The Wednesday evening session is designed to get public input for future planning needs. To protect the public, physical distancing will be practiced.
The council Monday talked about just how to reopen the public meetings to the public under safer conditions. A few members of the public Monday were allowed to come into the council chambers one at a time to address the council.
