The names of the child and mother who were involved in a vehicle incident were released this morning. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Department reports a five year old was killed early Monday morning in a driveway accident in the town of Newbold near Guthrie Lane.
The Sheriff’s office reports they received a call around 9:45 yesterday morning. Preliminary investigation findings indicate the mother, Cynthia Ziolkowski, had been moving a vehicle in her yard when she backed over her son. Asher Ziolkowski was pronounced dead at the scene.
