Art In The Square Festival Called Off In Crandon

Forest County Chamber Facebook

The Art in the Square Festival was scheduled for this Saturday in Crandon, but its been called off because of COVID-19 concerns.

The Forest County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors made the decision and announced it in a Facebook post.  The board said while they’re disappointed to share the news, protecting their small community and many faithful visitors is of extreme importance.

They said with the COVID-19 pandemic continuing to evolve unpredictably in Forest County, they feel strongly that the most cautious course is to allow more time for the situation to stabilize.

The Art in the Square Festival has been an ongoing tradition bringing vendors and visitors from all over the Northwoods and surrounding areas to Forest County.  Organizers say they look forward to planning the 2021 festival.
