The Forest County Drug Task Force has made two arrests concerning alleged drug trafficking.

Thursday evening the Task Force stopped a motorcycle in the Town of Nashville for a traffic violation. The driver of the motorcycle was identified as 26-year-old Aaron Morris of Crandon. A search allegedly found individually packaged bags containing fentanyl, crack cocaine and methcathinone. Morris also allegedly had cash and drug paraphernalia in his possession.

Several felony charges are pending. He's in the county jail on a $25,000 cash bond.

Last week the Task Force arrested a Crandon man for possession and intent to distribute drugs. During a traffic stop, 25-year-old Jordan Phalen allegedly tried to flee police but was stopped. He was said to have ingested illegal drugs, probably cocaine. He also allegedly had methamphetamine with him. He was taken to be evaluated for a possible drug overdose.

He is jailed on a $2,500 bond and probation hold.
