The death of a man in the Town of Nashville last week is being investigated.

The Forest County Sheriff's Department reports they were called November 29 after a man was found not breathing along State Highway 55.

29 year old Warren K. VanZile was found without a pulse and could not be revived. After an investigation of VanZile's death, authorities determined VanZile had ingested heroin.

Two suspects have been questioned in regard to VanZile's death, but District Attorney Chuck Simino says no charges have been filed until more information comes back from state tests. The Sheriff's Department said the investigation is continuing.
