MINOCQUA – Minocqua supervisors breezed through a light agenda Tuesday, setting boat launch fees on the town’s five municipal launch sites at $5 daily and $40 annually. The previous fees were $3 and $25 respectively.
The speed limit on South and North Bo-di-Lac roads was officially set at 35 miles per hour.
The board also reauthorized winter ATV routes, approved naming of several private roads as requested by Oneida County, and approved first reading of an ordinance waiving the town treasurer having to secure a bond.
The board set a Dec. 17 public hearing on a request to discontinue a town road known as Pinemere Lane. Only two property owners live along there, and both want it to be private.
