One part of Project North happening in Rhinelander Thursday though Saturday is the School of the Arts.
School of the Arts is mostly being held at Treehaven in Tomahawk, but the Rhinelander District Library is also hosting programs in conjunction with the School and Project North.
Inga Witscher, a favorite of Wisconsin Public Television, will be in Rhinelander this weekend.
