af.mil

With winter weather here, a local pantry is inviting the public to get the warm clothing that is needed.

Rhinelander Warm for Winter will next distribute the free winter clothes this weekend.

One of the coordinators is Jan Leschke...

"Our next event is this coming Saturday from 10 a.m. until noon. We have bedding, boots, coats, jackets, mittens, hats, socks. Everything that touches your body, free of charge, no questions asked...."

Jan Leschke says the distribution is at Friendly Village, 900 Boyce Drive in Rhinelander. Everyone is invited to bring a bag to fill. Clothing in all sizes and types for members of the family. The pantry runs the last Saturday of the winter months through the end of February.
