Torrential rains Wednesday afternoon produced some flooding problems near the downtown offices of WXPR. The area is being upgraded for new utility lines. A tornado watch was posted until 8 p.m. Wednesday as the second wave of severe storms passed through the area in 5 days. 400 customers of Wisconsin Public Service lost power Wednesday afternoon.
