The School District of Crandon is going virtual for a couple of days due to an increase in COVID cases among staff and students.
Students will learn from home this Friday and the following Monday.
All extra-curricular activities will be postponed on Friday. Monday activities will be determined over the weekend.
In a letter to families, District Superintendent Larry Palubicki says they worked with the Forest County Health Department to make the decision.
He says he recognizes how frustrating and inconvenient this is, but believes it’s the best decision because of the significant rate of increase in COVID cases.
