According to a press release from the Wisconsin Department of Justice late Sunday night, James Lussier has been taken into custody in Oshkosh.
Lussier is a suspect in the December death of Wayne Valliere, Jr of Lac du Flambeau. Four of the five suspects have already been arrested.
Late Friday, Vilas county authorities announced a $500 reward for information leading to his re-arrest. He was previously in the Vilas county jail, but was mistakenly released.
