The man accused of murdering a Rhinelander woman is headed to trial.

Christopher Anderson appeared via video as he pleaded not guilty in Oneida County Court Monday afternoon.

Anderson is charged with first degree intentional homicide for the death of Hannah Miller.

Police say Anderson shot and killed Miller on the side of the road just outside of Rhinelander.

Anderson would spend the rest of his life in prison if convicted.

The Oneida County District Attorney requested five days for trial.

Judge Michael Bloom set the trial for August.
