If you think it can't happen to you, talk to Pete Cody of Rhinelander. He's a victim of identity theft and it's taken a lot of time to repair his finances. He spoke with Ken Krall about it.
Cody says he also had to file a report with the Federal Trade Commission, all his banking institutions and he says he's holding his breath hoping nothing else bad happens.
