On Labor Day State Labor Leader Optimistic About Future

A state labor leader says he's optimistic in the future of the labor movement as most Americans take a day off from work to celebrate Labor Day. Phil Neuenfeldt is President of the Wisconsin AFL-CIO. There have been many changes to labor law in the state since Governor Walker and the legislature made changes in 2011.
