Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Still Searching for Anderson

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office is still looking for the murder suspect in the death of Hannah Miller.

Miller was found shot to death on June 30, just outside Rhinelander.

Police believe Christopher Terrell Anderson shot and killed her.

He was the father of her child.

The Oneida County Sherriff’s Office is working with the FBI, the US Marshals Service, and other law local enforcement throughout the country to locate Anderson.

The Sheriff’s Office does not believe he is in the Rhinelander area but asks the community to report any information they may have on Anderson or his whereabouts.

“We know that some members of the community were his friends or involved with him, so if they were to receive any communication or information from him, we would be interested in them sharing that with us so that we can get him taken into custody,” said Captain Terri Hook of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office.

Seth Wakefield appeared via video in Oneida County Court Thursday.

He was arrested in connection with Miller’s death.

Police say he helped Anderson plan her death as well as those of her parents. Then, Anderson planned to take the child he shared with Miller.

The child and Miller’s parents are safe.

Wakefield was in court Thursday for a competency hearing. The state finished its exam, but Wakefield’s attorney requested their own exam.

Judge Patrick O’Melia granted the request.

Wakfield is due back in court next month.
