WJFW TV is reporting Rhinelander Public Works Director Tim Kingman has been placed on administrative leave for what is reported to be 'non-disciplinary' reasons.
Kingman has been the focal point of controversy after he and other city employees signed a letter of no confidence in City Administrator Daniel Guild.
At recent meetings, public works employees said they were dealing with workplace harassment.
Mayor Chris Frederickson confirmed Kingman's job status to WJFW.
A press release is expected from the city to update the matter.
