An Oneida County man is facing charges of abusing his three-month-old child who officials say is fighting for its life.
According to court documents, Clayton Keuhl of Woodruff reported the baby was not breathing on February 19th.
The child was transferred to Marshfield Clinic hospital.
Keuhl is charged with physical abuse of a child - including strangulation and suffocation.
He remains in jail on a $100,000 cash bond.
