President Bush is vaccinated for smallpox, fulfilling a pledge he made as he ordered mandatory innoculations for U.S. troops in "high risk" parts of the world. The vaccine will also be made available to health care workers who would likely come into first contact with smallpox during a germ warfare attack -- and eventually to all Americans.
