WXPR Community Features Editor, Miranda VanderLeest, won first place award for best small market original radio feature at the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association awards held Saturday(May 6) in Madision.
The story "Lemonade For Love" was broadcast August 1, 2016 and involved a Rhinelander girl's desire to eliminate hate crimes and a delicious countrywide campaign for love.
