Looking for a way to reduce stress and improve your overall health? Take part in Minocqua Public Library’s Tai Chi in the Park class offerings this summer! Tai Chi is low impact and may be suitable for those who do not participate in regular exercise. It is traditionally practiced in a group setting so participants have the chance to socialize and meet new friends while learning the gentle art of Tai Chi”. Led by local instructor and longtime certified personal trainer Tori Cihla, this class will meet Fridays at 8am starting June 11 and run thru July 30 in the upper part of Torpy Park. No registration needed to participate.
