The investigation continues into what has been described as a 'shooting incident' in May in Lac du Flambeau.
A public file indicated the incident happened May 7 on Gunlock Lake. No injuries were reported.
Thomas Maulson, Jr. reported to the sheriff's department shots were allegedly fired that evening while he and two others in a boat were exercising their treaty rights.
A search warrant was issued on May 14 for a residence on Gunlock Lake Lane.
The search warrant was served late afternoon on May 14. A number of guns of varying types and calibers were seized along with matching ammunition.
No charges have been filed to date by officials.
