The brother of a suspect in a fatal traffic crash last week has also been arrested in relation to the incident.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Department reports the arrest of 54 year old Brian Liebscher of Sugar Camp Saturday. Brian Liebscher is to be charged with allegedly obstructing law enforcement by providing false information.

53 year old Jeffrey Liebscher was arrested last week after a motorcycle operator, 23 year old Sean Holtslander of St. Germain, was killed in a crash on Highway 17 in Sugar Camp.

Jeffrey Liebscher was arrested for Hit and Run Causing Death as well as Homicide by Negligent Use of a Vehicle. The crash happened on August 29. The Sheriff's Department reports when contacted on August 29 in the early morning hours, Brian allegedly did not report to law enforcement that Jeffrey had contacted Brian after the accident and that Brian had driven Jeffrey to Three Lakes after the accident.

Brian Liebscher is expected in court this week. Judge Michael Bloom set bond last week of $1,500 for Jeffrey Liebscher.
