Officials Identify UTV Driver Killed In Crash Near Rainbow Flowage

Officials have released the name and crash details of the UTV driver who died on a remote road Sunday and was reported missing on Monday.

Oneida County Medical Examiner Larry Mathein reports the driver was 59 year old Michael E. Logan of 7179 Rainbow Lake Road.

The rollover crash happened off snowmobile trail 70 west of the Rainbow Flowage in the town of Newbold.

DNR Administrative Warden Gary Eddy says a DNR warden found the crash site. Eddy reported Logan's UTV had rolled over, ejecting him with the roll bar portion of the UTV landing on top of the victim. Victim was not wearing his seat belt and was not wearing a helmet.
