The third person alleged to have been involved in the theft of a Bobcat skid steer from Pukall lumber company in Arbor Vitae last April, Chloe Lorbecke, 17 of Wausau was released last Tuesday by Vilas County Judge Neal Nielsen, III after her $5,000 cash bond was modified to a $5,000 signature bond, with conditions.
Lorbecke is alleged to have been the driver of the vehicle used in the theft and is charged as a party to a crime. Others alleged to have been involved are Alex Volz and Jarrod Digman, both of which entered not guilty pleas and have pretrial conferences set in June and July.
Conditions set by the court for Lorbecke include living with her father, a 6 pm to 6 am curfew seven days a week, and attend school. She will be back in court June 18.
