Positive COVID-19 Case In Langlade County Recently Visited Golf Course

Langlade County Health Department Facebook

The Langlade County Health Department reports the latest person to test positive for COVID-19 in the county did spend some time recently at an area golf course.  The person was the fifth to test positive in the county, and had no known contact with anyone confirmed to have the disease.  They’re not showing symptoms, but are isolating at home.

Health workers say the person visited the Bass Lake Golf Course in Deerbrook last week on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday evening, when they might have been infectious.  The Langlade County Health Department asks anyone who thinks they may have been exposed to the virus to isolate at home.  Call the health department if you have questions.
