Authorities in Lincoln County are asking the public for help after several new cases of vandalism surfaced in the past week.
This is the latest in a string of vandalism cases popping up all over the southern part of the county. More recently, signs in the towns of Scott and Birch were vandalized on Wednesday, while a sign in Merrill was spray painted Saturday.
Lt. Tim Fischer with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office says officials don't yet have any leads.
"I would only presume that this is happening in the hours of darkness and a lot of it is ocurring in less populated areas," he said.
