The body of a missing man was found Sunday in Marathon County.
The Marathon County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called out Thursday afternoon of last week with a report of a capsized boat on the Wisconsin River near the County Road WW bridge.
Deputies learned the boat was being operated by a 63 year old man when it capsized.
A search of the area did not locate the man.
On Sunday, a fisherman located the deceased man in the Wisconsin River about a mile north of Gilbert Park.
The Marathon County Sheriff’s Office offered condolences to the family.
