A collision with a deer killed a motorcyclist in the town of Minocqua over the weekend.
The Minocqua Police Department says 62-year-old Richard Beaudoin of Lac du Flambeau was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash Saturday night.
It happened on Highway 70, east of Mercer Lake Road, just before ten Saturday night. Beaudoin was headed west on 70 when his motorcycle struck the deer and went off the road.
The crash is still under investigation. Several other agencies helped Minocqua Police at the scene.
