More people have been arrested in Forest county in an on-going crackdown on alleged drug distribution.

The latest was Saturday evening when the Forest County Drug Task Force stopped a vehicle in Crandon for a traffic violation.

The K-9 unit gave a positive indication on the vehicle. The driver was identified as 24 year old Rhonda Rachal of Crandon, with two passengers, 26 year old Jay White, Jr. of Crandon and Cayenne Ross, age 22, of Watersmeet, Michigan.

Officers allegedly found 11 bags of heroin, 12 bags of crack cocaine, scales, and a large amount of drug paraphernalia. Those three persons will be charged with several felony drug charges.

After those arrests, detectives applied a search warrant at Rhonda Rachal's residence in the Town of Lincoln where more drugs and other material was allegedly found. Two other people at the residence, 20 year old Brandon Phalen and 26 year old Keshia Morris, both of Crandon, were taken into custody. They also face several drug related charges. In addition, Rhonda Rachal is also charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place.

All are in the Forest County Jail.
