A Tomahawk area man is facing lengthy time in prison after sentencing in Oneida County Circuit Court Friday.
Stavros George Iliopoulos was convicted after trial in September of Child Enticement-Cause Mental/BodilyHarm, False Imprisonment, and 1st Degree Child Sex Assault of a child under 13 years old.
A charter school student said the school custodian forced her into a closet.
Judge Michael Bloom sentenced the 66-year-old Illiopolis to 14 years in prison with 16 years of extended supervision for what is an apparent life sentence.
Bloom also set a number of conditions including no contact with the victim or family.
Iliopolis also has to undergo sex offender and mental health treatment among many other conditions.
