No serious injuries were reported in the Oneida County Town of Monico Thursday afternoon after a vehicle collided with an All Terrain Vehicle with two juveniles on the machine.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Department reports their investigation found the vehicle driver was westbound on an undisclosed road when the ATV pulled out in front of the vehicle. The vehicle struck the rear of the ATV. The ATV driver said he did not see the other vehicle.
The ATV driver did have a safety certificate and both juveniles were not wearing helmets. Neither person on the ATV were taken to the hospital at the request of their parents.
The crash remains under investigation.
