The event at Newbold town hall Saturday begins at 11 a.m. with the memorial service, followed by a free lunch from noon to 2 p.m. with the event concluding at 4:00 p.m. Tri-County Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault has offices in Eagle River, Crandon and Rhinelander.
