Extradition hearing delayed again in Hannah Miller homicide

Oneida County Sheriff's Office

The extradition hearing for the man accused of killing an Oneida County woman has been delayed again, this time until Nov. 11.

Christopher Anderson, 30, was arrested Sept. 7 in Carol Stream, Ill. He’s accused of killing Hannah Miller, 26, in late June on a rural highway in Oneida County.

After the shooting, Anderson disappeared, sparking a multi-state manhunt that included the FBI.

During their investigation, police officials said they uncovered information that another man, Seth Wakefield, plotted with Anderson in Miller’s death.

They said Wakefield, 24, knew of Anderson’s plans to kill not only Miller, but her parents as well, and that Anderson then planned to abduct the child he shared with Miller.
