The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office said the main suspect in the death of a Rhinelander woman is in custody.
Hannah Miller was found dead near River Bend Road and Highway 8 just east of Rhinelander in June. Sheriff Hartman said she was shot to death there.
Christopher T. Anderson was arrested in Carol Stream, Illinois Tuesday afternoon. The sheriff’s office said a confidential informant led them to Anderson’s location.
Anderson will need to be extradited to Oneida County.
In a statement, Sheriff Hartman thanked the community for the donations to the reward fund and the law enforcement professionals who assisted in this investigation.
