Oneida County Sheriff's Office Offers Reward for Murder Suspect's Arrest

Oneida County Sheriff's Office

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office is offering a reward for the person who provides information that leads to the arrest of Christopher Anderson.

Police believe Anderson shot and killed 26-year-old Hannah Miller just outside of Rhinelander in June.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office is working with the FBI, the US Marshals Service and other local law enforcement agencies to find Anderson, but they haven’t found him yet.

That’s what prompted Oneida County Sheriff Grady Hartman to start a $20,000 reward fund.

The Rhinelander Police Department has contributed another $5,000.

Sheriff Hartman is asking for additional community contributions, with a goal of raising at least $100,000.

“I am asking the community to pass the hat and help us get the reward large enough that someone will turn Anderson in to the authorities,” he says.

Anyone interested in contributing to this fund should send their donations to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, Attention: Hannah Miller Fund, 2000 E. Winnebago Street, Rhinelander, WI 54501.

The sheriff’s office asks that you include your name and contact information with the donation.
