Snowshoe Baseball Cancels Season Due To Virus

The COVID pandemic has caused the cancelation of another popular Northwoods tradition.

Lake Tomahawk has announced its entire 2020 snowshoe baseball season won’t be played.

In a Facebook post, organizer Jeff Smith said the program understands the importance of the tradition to many people, but feels it’s the right move.

Snowshoe baseball plans to return in 2021 for its 60^th anniversary season.
