Protests broke out across the country over the weekend after Kyle Rittenhouse was cleared of all charges.

The Illinois teen claimed self-defense for killing two people and wounding a third during protests against racial injustice in the summer of 2020.

Several dozen demonstrators gathered at Kenosha’s Civic Center Park Sunday to trace the route Rittenhouse took the night of the killings.

Meanwhile, law enforcement in Portland, Oregon declared a riot Friday as about 200 demonstrators protested the case’s outcome.

Authorities there say the protesters were breaking windows, throwing objects at police and talking about burning down a local government building in the city.
