Dental records were used to identify the victim of a Thursday night traffic accident in Langlade county.
The Sheriff's department reported 29 year old Shawn Wickersheim of White Lake did not return home Thursday evening. Friday a missing persons report was filed. On Saturday, deputies found a one-vehicle crash on Flak Road about a mile north of Muraski Road. The vehicle was registered to the victim and a body was discovered inside.
Tuesday a positive identification was made as that of Wickersheim. Sheriff Bill Greening reports the crash was believed to have happened on Thursday, August 6.
