A woman from Hurley died in a crash that shutdown US Highway 2 for several hours Saturday. Wisconsin State Patrol say Crystal Buccanero, 37, died.
The crash happened near the intersection of Hwy 2 and West Birch Hill Road in Ashland County.
Police say a woman pulled on to Hwy 2 from driveway along the highway. Buccanero collided with the car and a pickup truck.
Buccanero died in the crash.
The driver and passenger in the pickup truck were taken to Memorial Medical Center. Their injuries were not severe.
The drive and passenger in the other car were not hurt.
Wisconsin State Patrol is still investigating the crash.
