Meet Jennifer Vogler: New Wabeno Superintendent

Jill Zagar

Three of four schools in Forest County are starting the academic year with a new superintendent. In a three part series, reporter Jill Zagar says Wabeno, Crandon and Goodman-Armstrong Creek are starting off the school year with new leaders.  Jennifer Vogler was added to the Wabeno district this summer, and has experience working as a district administrator and school principal. She says she has big plans for the students and the district.

“I think we’re moving in the right direction.  We have a lot of good things in place from the past administration and the principals that are currently here and we’ll continue to move our district forward.  I’ll work on implementing best practices and methods to help all students learn. I am very much focused on the curriculum and instruction, and trying to get the best people in the positions to provide everything and anything we need for our students."

Vogler says she is focused on molding the school’s curriculum and staff to best suit student’s learning styles.
