A Milwaukee man arrested in Oneida County now faces federal drug and weapons charges.
The U.S. Attorney’s office for the western district of Wisconsin says a grand jury indictment has been returned against 30 year old Dewayne Veasy.
He’s charged with possessing cocaine with intent to distribute and with possessing a mixture of heroin and fentanyl with intent to distribute.
He was also charged with possessing a firearm as a felon.
The charges are related to Veasy’s arrest last summer in Oneida County.
The charges against Veasy are the result of an investigation by the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
